Hopefully we will see you all this Sunday at 2Pm at Hawerlak Park. If you want even more practice feel free to go to the second EUPA skills and drills that happens Sunday from 12 - 2Pm right before our practice.

Due to Earth Day celebrations practice has been moved to Lakeland ridge School in Sherwood Park.

Well our good Friday practice was a success with 13 players showing up. We introduced ourselves and warmed up with some throwing and a box drill. We set up a field and played 6 on 6 for about 40 minutes and it was great to finally play a little after the long winter. Thanks to everyone who came and don't forget that next practice is a week from today at Hawerlak Park.
